We are located in Midtown in Anchorage.
SERVICE:
If you have any concerns we can come out and talk to you in person, deliver your first order in person and take payment for your first order on delivery. We want to make sure you understand that we are committed to providing the quality service and great price with inventory on hand.
PAYMENTS:
We take checks or automatic ACH for payments. We do not take credit cards at this time. Your sales rep can get you the form for ACH. Using ACH will make the processing and delivery of your orders much faster.
TAX:
All OTP Tobacco and Vape products have a 55% tax rate inside the municipality of Anchorage.
If your store is in Anchorage we pay the tax and the cost of the items include tax. If you are outside of Anchorage you must be licensed in Anchorage to buy from an Anchorage licensed wholesaler. Please contact Anchorage tobacco tax for more info. If you are outside the city of Anchorage you must pay your own local tax there.
Delivery and Shipping:
We deliver weekly on Tuesdays & Thursdays in Anchorage and Thursdays in the valley. If you are outside of that region we will contact you with a shipping quote after you place your order. If you need your order right away special arraignments can be made or you may pick it up at warehouse.
